Flexible Stone Products 10-Year Residential / 5-Year Commercial Warranty

At ReCraft Reno, we stand behind the quality of our Flexible Stone products. These are made using real stone bonded to a flexible backing and are designed for long-lasting use.

Warranty Period

  • 10 years for residential use
  • 5 years for commercial use

The warranty starts from the original date of purchase.

What Is Covered

This warranty covers manufacturing issues such as:

  • Product breaking or failure during normal use
  • Stone layer coming off (delamination)
  • Any defects that affects normal use of the product

If a valid issue we will:

  • Replace the product, or
  • Refund the purchase price

What Is Not Covered

This warranty does not cover problems caused by:

  • Incorrect installation
  • Use of wrong adhesives or methods
  • Building movement or structural changes
  • Physical damage (scratches, chips, impact)
  • Damage from chemicals or harsh cleaners
  • Exposure to very high heat
  • Natural colour variations or weathering of stone
  • Lack of proper sealing or maintenance

Note: This warranty covers the product only, not labour or installation costs.

Your Rights

Our products come with guarantees under the Australian Consumer Law.

You may be entitled to a replacement, refund, or compensation if something goes wrong.
