ReCraft Reno Returns Policy

Returns Policy

At ReCraft Reno, we aim to keep our returns process simple and fair.

Easy Returns

We accept returns on eligible products, provided they meet the conditions below.

Return Conditions

To qualify for a return, items must be:

  • Unused and not installed
  • In resellable condition
  • Returned as full, uncut sheets
  • In original packaging where possible

Note: Cut pieces, partial sheets, or damaged products cannot be returned.

Restocking Fee

  • A 20% restocking fee applies to all approved returns
  • The fee is based on the product price only

Delivery Costs

  • Original delivery fees are non-refundable
  • Return shipping is paid by the customer

Inspection & Refunds

All returns are inspected upon arrival:

  • If approved → refund issued (minus restocking fee)
  • If not in resellable condition → return may be declined

Faulty or Incorrect Items

If your order is faulty, damaged, or incorrect:

  • Contact us within 48 hours of delivery
  • Provide photos and order details

We’ll resolve it as quickly as possible.

Your Rights

Your rights under the Australian Consumer Law are not affected.

  • Your order number
  • The reason for the return
  • Photos, if required

Please note: Returns must be approved before sending items back.
